I ordered from mdfinstruments.com and the shipping took way longer than I was expecting. The tracking was almost useless most of the time, so I kept checking and still had no real idea where my package was.

It ended up arriving later than the estimate I saw at checkout, which was frustrating because I actually needed it for work. If I had known it would take that long, I probably would’ve ordered somewhere else.

The product itself might be fine, but the delivery experience really made me question ordering from them again. If they can’t be more reliable with shipping, I’ll likely take my business elsewhere next time

I really wanted this to work out, but it felt kind of cheap from the start. I used it normally and somehow it still started wearing out way faster than I expected. Feels like I’m always the one who ends up with the product that doesn’t last. Disappointing overall.

I had a problem with my MDF stethoscope and reached out about the warranty. To be fair, they did eventually replace the part, and the replacement is working fine now. But the whole process was slower than I expected, especially compared to how easy and straightforward they make their warranty support sound. I had to follow up more than once just to keep things moving, which got annoying. Not the worst experience, but definitely not as hassle-free as promised.

My snap judgment was that support was kind of dragging their feet, because it took longer than I expected to hear back. Once they did reply, though, they were friendly and helped clear up my question. Overall, not a bad experience, I just wish they were a bit quicker to respond

The sound is decent overall, but it doesnt always pick up the softer heart sounds like I hoped. I was expecting it to be a little better for the price.

They feel good when I first put them on, and the overall comfort isn’t bad. But after wearing them for a while, the earpieces start to bug me a bit. Maybe it’s just my ears, though I don’t usually have that problem. So yeah, they’re okay comfort-wise, just not something I’d call super comfortable...
